Mark Gorholt

Mr. Gorholt brings over 18 years of professional experience across the Real Estate, Debt, and Private Equity sectors. He began his career at KPMG in Luxembourg, where he gained a strong foundation in auditing, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks. He subsequently held several senior leadership positions within prominent trust and asset servicing firms, further developing his expertise in the structuring, governance, and administration of complex investment vehicles.

Over recent years, Mr. Gorholt has assumed a number of key directorships and board mandates in both regulated and unregulated Luxembourg-based funds and corporate structures, demonstrating extensive hands-on experience in governance and oversight.

He has been entrusted with servicing one of the world’s top five private equity firms, reflecting his strong industry reputation, technical expertise, and ability to manage sophisticated investment structures.
